ERT today announced the appointment of Goodwin Ting as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Mr. Ting will focus on the integration of operations and value-added client solutions, directing the company’s operational business unit Vice Presidents to ensure the highest level of contract performance and continued business unit growth.
ERT today announced its selection by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as a Professional and Technical Services Oceans Domain contract (ProTech-Oceans) awardee. The company is now eligible to compete for individual task orders under this multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract whose primary clients will be the offices of the National Ocean Service (NOS).

Despite record levels of uncertainty due to the government shutdown, which impacted participation and resulted in numerous last-minute changes, everyone persevered and enabled “the show” to go on from January 6-10, 2019 in Phoenix, Arizona.
Rocky Bilotta, Michael Kruk, Chunying Liu, and Valerie Toner are presenting their work at the American Meteorological Society’s Annual Meeting being held this week at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Nazila Merati organized a Town Hall and is co-chairing three sessions.
Bilotta, Kruk, Liu, and Toner support ERT contracts at NOAA’s National Centers for Environmental Information in Asheville, North Carolina. Merati supports NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service Office of Science and Technology in Silver Spring, Maryland.
ERT today announced the award of a Space Environment Sensor Data Management and Analysis contract by the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory, Space Vehicles Directorate, Battlespace Environment Division (AFRL/RVB).Under this four-year contract, ERT will support the U.S. Air Force’s next-generation weather system, helping to both improve space environment specification, forecast, mitigation, and exploitation, and to deliver actionable information to operational units.
