The Fishery Resource Analysis and Monitoring (FRAM) Division of NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service collects and analyzes information on the approximately 90 groundfish species regulated under the Pacific Fishery Management Council's Groundfish Fishery Management Plan. The FRAM Division has collects data on West Coast groundfish and their habitats and looks at the economic impact of both commercial and recreational fishing.
The FRAM data management team develops technical solutions to gather, store, manage, quality control, analyze, visualize, and provision data collected by the FRAM programs to its users. Under this contract, ERT will provide technical engineering and professional services to help develop, deploy, and maintain these solutions, throughout the full software development lifecycle of the program.
The FRAM Division contract has a 1-year base period with two 1-year option periods.
