ERT Wins USACE Fort Benning Contract

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)’s Savannah District has awarded ERT and team member Tetra Tech a 5-year proposal to provide expert technical knowledge in environmental remediation services in support of the compliance programs for Fort Benning, Georgia.

USACE’s ultimate goal with this contract is to achieve unrestricted exposure and unlimited use (UU/UE) site closure (SC) for seven sites in a manner that eliminates government liabilities and maximizes reductions in life-cycle costs (LCCs).

The ERT Team will provide Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), corrective measures implementations (CMIs), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) facility investigations (RFIs), long-term monitoring (LTM), operation and monitoring (O&M) of remedial systems activities, and remedial system enhancements to achieve the USACE’s and Fort Benning’s environmental mission.
