ERT has been awarded a $55 million, five-year NASA Ames Research Center contract to provide safety, environmental and medical support services (SEMSS). “We are very excited about this new contract win at NASA Ames Research Center. It expands our NASA customer base and broadens our environmental service experience,” said Dr. Jingli Yang, ERT chief executive officer.
Under the SEMSS contract, ERT will provide risk management activities for environmental management; integration of environmental considerations into NASA-approved or -assisted programs, projects, and activities; activities to restore, protect, and enhance mission resources; and risk mitigation to reduce NASA and NASA Ames exposure to institutional, programmatic, and operational risk. Medical support services include industrial hygiene, health physics, occupational safety, occupational medicine, employee assistance program, and fitness center functions.
ERT will perform this work at NASA Ames, including NASA Research Park located at Ames.
